Last updated: 26 June 2026

1. Scope of services

EPDlogy provides professional services related to Environmental Product Declarations, Life Cycle Assessment, carbon footprint calculations, technical review support, training and related sustainability documentation.

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each project are agreed separately in writing before work begins.

2. Website use

The content on this website is provided for general information only. It does not replace project-specific technical, legal, tax or compliance advice.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems or data without authorization.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information, data, documents and assumptions needed for the agreed work.

For EPD and LCA projects, the quality and completeness of input data can materially affect results, timelines and verification outcomes.

4. No guarantee of publication or certification outcome

EPDlogy applies professional care and technical expertise, but final publication, verification acceptance or programme operator approval may depend on third-party requirements, client data quality and decisions outside EPDlogy's control.

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, no specific certification, publication date, environmental result or commercial outcome is guaranteed.

5. Intellectual property and use of deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed, final deliverables prepared specifically for the client may be used by the client for the agreed project purpose after payment of the relevant invoices.

EPDlogy retains rights to its pre-existing know-how, templates, methods, review approaches and general technical expertise.

6. Confidentiality

Project-specific client information is handled confidentially. Confidentiality requirements may also be defined in a separate agreement or non-disclosure agreement.

7. Fees and payment

Fees, invoicing schedule, taxes and payment terms are agreed separately for each project. If payment is delayed, EPDlogy may pause work until overdue amounts are settled.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EPDlogy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information.

Any liability will be limited according to the applicable project agreement and mandatory law.

9. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Finland, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
